Our clothing is incredible and we're confident you're going to love it but hey, online shopping can be difficult sometimes.
We only accept store credit or exchange on full priced items. Please see policies for in-store & online purchase below.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
Swimwear
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
Tops and Dresses
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. If item is returned with makeup stains, return will be denied.
Your return tracking number is stored in your purchase history. When viewing your history, you can click on the respective order number for your return and the return tracking number will be itemized beneath each item that was included in the order. You can trace your return using that tracking number on the carrier's website.
Returns take us 1-2 business days to process upon reaching our store. Once your return is processed and your store credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Store credits never expire and can be used online & in-store.

Shipping policies
Très Bleu is NOT responsible for:
- Products marked delivered by USPS. Please contact your local Post Office for information regarding your package or to submit a claim.
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. USPS or UPS is responsible for all packages once they leave the shop.
- Stolen packages. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are delivered but stolen from porch or mailbox.
- Delays with shipping. We will get your package in the mail ASAP but once it leaves the shop, we cannot be held responsible.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. While we get your packages out the same day if placed before 12pm, we are not held responsible for the timeline once the items leave the store.
- Next Day - we are able to ship next day, but please note that UPS does not guarantee weekend delivery for next day packages. If you are placing an order for a weekend delivery, there is no guarantee that it will arrive until the following business day.
